The Nuts and Bolts of Dave:
After
receiving my B.S. in Radio/TV/Film from the University of Texas in Austin, I drove from Texas to Los Angeles
in the Summer of 1999 to make movies in Hollywood. I worked on films and then 7 years as an advertising
executive prior to entering this bartending career. I always aim to have fun in my work while performing to the
best of my abilities. As a result, I have been a filmmaker, salesman
and now a mixologist. Currently I'm creating tasty cocktails as the Bartender of the Beacon Cocktail Lounge.
We all have stress in our lives and my objective is to make sure that patrons who visit have a wonderful time. I've realized that the work hours I spend is more about enjoying the time with customers than just doing a job. Hopefully my service expresses it with intentions of making the best of another day of a very limited existence. |
